What happens when you ask six amazing people to tell stories about the power of community? Answer: unexpected and the wonderful things.
The world is full of challenges these days. Much that we have taken for granted is under attack. Most of us could use a big dose of inspiration and celebration. With that in mind, over the past two years we hosted live storytelling events in Vermont. The idea is simple: celebrate the work of hard-working communities who truly believe we are all in this together. People who show up every day, and have the stories to prove it. People who live these words from anthropologist Margaret Mead, ‘Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
Our most recent COSU event was held in October of 2024. Watch the inspiring and beautiful stories from that evening by clicking on the story titles below:

- “You’re Going to Fail”: Misha Pemble-Belkin (Veterans Ventures Program Leader, Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports)
